Inspired by the wings of a bird, LEAF LIGHT unfolds a filigree and independent character with high recognition value. The design draws tension from the contrast between the curved lower contour and the horizontal upper line. The cylindrical neck flows smoothly into the horizontal handle profile and is rounded off by a soft curve. The hand finds a comfortable support in the horizontal line, while the thumb finds orientation on the obliquely cut front surface. The so-called cashmere goats come from the former principality of Kashmir between India, Pakistan and China. Their wool is significantly softer than the finest sheep's wool and one of the most precious and expensive natural fibres of all. It inspired us for our velvety soft surface cashmere grey.
