Planeo 120 glass facilities

In new construction, existing premixes or a renovated object: glass doors open up rooms and optimize use of daylight. They give rooms a new, modern appearance with their clear, aesthetic appearance. Fully glass door systems lead to an open, generous room impression. In particular small rooms, windowless hallways and stairwells profit from natural increase of lighting.

OPTIMIZE FLOOR PLANS

Glass installations by GRIFFWERK

Open floor plans offer many advantages and are enjoying great popularity. Even as affordable space is increasingly precious, it becomes necessary to optimize room divisions so as to create a spacious impression. Transparent glass doors are the perfect solution as they visually open rooms. If required however, they can also be closed, which is an enormous advantage compared with open floor plans. Existing floor plans too can be optimized with glass doors. For example for improving the lighting of windowless rooms or stairways. Breaking through a wall creates new room interconnections that can be stagemanaged individually with glass installations.

Planeo Air Silent

With PLANEO AIR SILENT, GRIFFWERK developed a tightly closing sliding glass door system with Soft-Close that keeps out sound as well as kitchen smells, steam and draughts. An additional slide-in system is not required. The puristic appearance is retained. PLANEO AIR SILENT is comparable to a wooden door in terms of sound insulation and was developed by GRIFFWERK in Blaustein.

Planeo Loft

Sliding door system PLANEO LOFT is an elegant interpretation of historical industrial facades. Thinking of the „Dessau Bauhaus“, one immediately notices the workshop building with its imposing glass facade. It was articulated by a fine, black grid and coined the term „glass Bauhaus“.
Functionally, the glass surface was used to illuminate the workshops. Their symbolic meaning is interpreted differently. It is said, for example, that the transparency should create a kind of shop window. The work in the Bauhaus interior should be perceptible to the outside world and be in exchange.

Set content Planeo Loft

  • sliding door system PLANEO 120
  • grip rod pair PLANEO_GS 49011
  • frame PLANEO AIR incl. glass door SNOWWHITE_501 with aluminum strips on the glass surface

PLANEO LOFT was developed in Blaustein. It's a shade more in the direction loft character. New areas are reminiscent of lattice windows of old industrial buildings. Individual solutions are possible.

Fitting assembly for sliding door systems without glass drilling

Hardware of the SENSA collection does not need any glass bores. The hardware is fastened to the un-drilled glass pane with gentle and secure clamps or by adhesion technology (gluing). Adhesive bonding technology is a proven process from dental technology and aircraft construction. We applied this experience to glass hardware for the SENSA collection range. Attractively flexible, fascinatingly simple to install and saving money as well as time. You want to make your decision today and take the product home right away? It‘s no problem. If you pick a system with SENSA technology, you will not need to wait for the correctly drilled glass door. You will save time, money and you can be certain that it all fits just right. Nothing can go awry. Unusual sizes are no big deal for Sensa either, since the doors do not need any drilled holes. The SENSA attachment technique has never heard of permanent hardware positions. Everything can be adjusted to your room on site.
